Description
The CAPS AD offers mental health care for adult drug users and addicts, covering the communities in their regions with the challenge of minimizing the number of hospital admissions in the area of drug addiction in the municipality of Porto Alegre. The teams work on the recovery of users through collective and/or individual activities, with the singular therapeutic project prevailing (for each user), according to the premises guided by the service's Technical Assistance Project. It is a reference point for the north, Humaitá, Navegantes and island districts of the city with 191,991 inhabitants. Estimated investment value for reconstruction R$ 3.500.000,00.
