It is the first CAPS AD of this type to be opened in Brazil. It treats users with mental disorders related to the use of crack, alcohol and other drugs. It is aimed primarily at homeless people. It is deliberately set up in a place where there is a scene of drug use, bringing the health team closer to the patient's environment, welcoming patients who would be unlikely to seek care on their own. It is a reference point for the City Center district with 293,689 inhabitants. Estimated investment value for reconstruction R$ 3.500.000,00.
