It should be one of the first cultural facilities to be restored, as it houses the Xico Stockinger Free Studio, the Josué Guimarães Municipal Public Library, the Álvaro Moreyra Room, the Renascença Theater, the Dance, Performing Arts and Literature departments, as well as an Exhibition Hall. The building was constructed in the 1970s. Estimated investment value for construction R$ 2.837.532,00.
